At Vita Supple, your satisfaction is important to us. If you wish to return a product, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Returns requested for personal reasons (not due to damage, defect, or incorrect item) will require the customer to cover return shipping costs

Once your return is approved, instructions will be provided for the return process.


 Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our product. If you do not experience results after consistent use, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the delivery date

  • Refunds are not applicable for taste-related concerns, as taste is subjective and does not reflect product effectiveness

  • This refund policy is limited to a one-time claim per customer and applies to one product per order only

  • Refunds will be processed after review and approval

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

  • We reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet the above conditions
